Assistant Principal Connie Viebrock said 66 names were included on the Wall of Honor, but others will be added as they are gathered. Honorees must have graduated from Olathe East and served honorably in the U.S. military. Graduates or their parents must contact the local recruiting office and provide the veteran's date of birth and Social Security number. After the military information is verified by the recruiter, the name will be forwarded to Olathe East to be sure the individual graduated from East. Additional name plates will be ordered occasionally and attached to the Wall of Honor.
