Online Registration Opens Today

July 11 update ~ Online registration is back up and running. Thank you for your patience as we worked through some technical difficulties yesterday. Online registration will remain open through Aug. 16, please register as soon as possible. Begin the online registration process by accessing your ParentVue account at An online registration helpline is also available to assist you at 913-780-7781.

Families new to the district or needing registration assistance can go to their school buildings on July 27 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to register.

Important Note: If you started the registration process and were not able to complete the process, click on Messages and then hit Start Over when you log in today. It would be helpful to delete your browsing history before beginning enrollment again. Please call the Helpline if you need assistance with this.

July 10, 2017 ~ Online registration for Olathe families is now open. Parents are able to complete all registration materials for their children for the 2017-18 school year entirely online. Demographic information can be updated, notifications can be approved, and fees can be paid through the district's online registration process.

Parents should sign into their ParentVue account at to complete all the necessary registration documents for each of their children. Parents will be able to pay all fees online through the MyPaymentsPlus link. Within the ParentVue site, parents can find the Online Registration module in the Messages tab. The process is self-guided, with prompts to help complete registration. Those without demographic changes may go directly to the Health Update and Acknowledgement screens by clicking the "In Progress" button on the Student tab. Once these screens are complete, parents need to click submit.

All families new to the district will need to visit their child's school to register on July 27. Families in need of assistance can visit their child's school from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, July 27 or call the district's Registration Helpline at 913-780-7781. Parents of preschool or kindergarten students will receive a letter with instructions regarding ParentVue.

While online registration will help streamline many of the important parts of getting ready for the school year, there are still a few reasons students and parents may need to visit their middle and high schools from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, July 27. Middle school students can pick up their schedules, check out their lockers and purchase spirit wear. High school students can pick up their yearbooks, get a parking pass and purchase spirit wear. Specific activities offered on registration day at middle and high schools will be communicated by the principal.

Our elementary schools will only be open from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. July 27 to register new families and assist with online registration for those in need of help. More information on Sneak-a-Peek nights will come directly from elementary buildings.
